It's quite interesting how Moose's love and devotion to Shampoo is always there, though Shampoo constantly rejects him. What do you think of this 'couple?' Post your thoughts in them ^_^
Don't you feel sorry for him??

Hmm..... I feel sorry for moose, but it doesn't seem Shampoo treats him very nice..and constantly uses him I think that's slack..BUT I support this couple..I fink they should be together.. in a way...I was planning to vote between In one of the Movies (the peach one), I thought Shampoo finally realised she loved moose, and she was finally touched by what moose did for her... = = = Some stuff on Moose: Moose is a boy who has been living at a circus for a long time. He has a special kind of martial art: he uses it to bring to bear hidden weapons during his battles, weapons such as lots of knives and "mortal chains "from his wide sleeves. He met Shampoo when he was a child; he has always been in love with Shampoo (but Shampoo doesn't love him). Moose knows the Nyu-Che-zuu/Jo-hetsu-zoko comunity( a female comunity that has Shampoo as one member) and their rule about love and men: to marry with Shampoo he would have to battle against and defeat her, so Shampoo would have to love him . He hates Ranma because he thinks Shampoo would love him if Ranma didn't exist. So he battled against Ranma to kill him, but Moose was defeated. To be stronger he went to "Jusenko Valley" (a Chinesse valley all the martial arts masters go to train themselves) to train himself and improve his skills. But there was a secret in this valley: there were plenty of strange, small lakes: people who fall down into any lake's water will have changes to their body when they touch any cold water. Each valley has its own history, so the person who fell down into the lake would change to the last animal or person that died in it. Moose felt down into a lake where a duck died, so now each time he touches water he becomes a white duck. He can throw knives and "cadenas" in his duck form, too. Shampoo usually treats Moose as a slave, but Moose thinks one day she will love him. Moose is near-sighted and wears a pair of glasses, but when he wants to look handsome he doesn't wear then--of course, then he cannot see the person he is talking to. In fact, when he takes off his glasses he always winds up talking to a person or to an object instead of the person he is thinking he's talking to. For example, each time he wants to hold Shampoo in his arms he takes her grandma (or a pole or any other person or object!!) This is his main weakness.

Mousse and Shampoo will make a sound couple, although not the best of couples. They do have alot in common since they are from the same village and they both love obsessively. They also complement each other nicely since Shampoo will always be the taker, and Mousse always the giver in the relationship. The creation of Mousse was probably to have Shampoo end up with someone else other than Ranma. However she has her sights set on Ranma alone. Shampoo wants to marry the strongest man and Mousse is really not what she is looking for. It's unlikely that she will set for second best. Besides she does not love him. Also Shampoo will constantly be annoyed by him mistaking other things/people for her. But who knows? Mousse is determine to have her. Perhaps one day Shampoo will soften and go for Mousse...
Mousse towards Shampoo
Mousse's love for Shampoo is unquestionable. He has loved her since they were three years old! Like Shampoo, he is obseesive and violent, and is prepared to use extreme measures to get her. Although, unlike Shampoo, he will not use magic and trickery on Shampoo to get her to love him (like she would on Ranma). He has a much more humble approach, at least where Shampoo is concerned. He lets Shampoo treat him like dirt without ever complaining. However he'll use all kinds of trickery to try to beat Ranma, in the hope that Shampoo will start loving him once Ranma is out of the way (you really can't help but to pity this guy). Shampoo is also the only person he is ever truly nice to (though he isn't impolite to others in general), and gets ecstatic whenever he thinks she's being nice to him.

Mousse only gets limited screen time in Nihao, My Concubine... but he makes the most of it. The most important scene he has, of course, is when he defends Shampoo from Torristan, the Bird Man. Mousse overcomes incredible odds, and incredible pain, to defeat Torristan and save Shampoo. Before he passes out, he mumbles "Shampoo... is my bride."
It's one of the more touching scenes in the entire movie, in my opinion. And while the movie itself is non-canonical in that it does not come from a story in Rumiko Takahashi's manga at all, certainly Takahashi-sensei had some input into what was going on. And in the movie, you can see a "pairing-off," if you will, of the major characters. Nabiki gets to take care of Kuno after the bit with Wonton. Ukyo helps Ryoga yet again after he sends Sarutoru through many walls with a ki blast. Kasumi... well, she gets paired off with her father, I suppose, since he's the one who finds her - though she hardly needs rescuing. Ranma affirms his feelings for Akane by blowing up the sacred fountain of Togenkyo Island.
All of that pairing off leaves us with one final pair - Mousse and Shampoo. In everything I've seen/read of Ranma, this is the one time I get a hint that the two of them might actually wind up together. When Mousse falls off into unconsciousness, after proclaiming that Shampoo was his bride, all she does is say that he didn't have to do it. She didn't deny his words, or slap him, or anything else of the sort. She was genuinely concerned for him. And I like to think that it means the two of them really do have a future together.
To my knowledge, Takahashi-sensei never tells us what happens one way or another, so we're left to use our imagination. The feeling you get from this movie is hard to dismiss, and I think they're going to wind up together. Mousse and Shampoo do make a lovely couple, when you get right down to it, and I think Nihao, My Concubine pushes the general opinion in the right direction towards what will happen in the Ranmaverse, eventually

Sometimes I feel sorry for Moose! He's always there for Shampoo and Shampoo just ignores him!
Anyway, they are really a lovely couple as I can say! Many people thought for this too!
The truth is, I really don't like Moose. He is OVER ACTING and he's very annoying too!
Maybe that's the reason why Shampoo doesn't like him!
Shampoo likes Ranma because Ranma defeated her! Anyway, Moose is not that strong but I hope Shampoo would give Moose a chance to love him!
It's not a bad deal, isn't it? ^_^
