While I was watching Ayashi no Ceres, as well as reading the manga.. I noticed that both these guys are soooo good looking, and are both almost perfect for Aya. However, both have different personalities.
Which character do you like more, and why?

Yeah, I picked Yuuhi too. Even though...I'm not a big Ayashi no Ceres fan...at least I know who the characters are..^^" But, i agree with Saphira that I like Yuuhi more because he just seems more cool. Kinda reminds me of Tamahome. lol

i like Yuuhi as well. I agree with Saphira and Sakura but I think also because of his personality.

Touya is SO cool in the manga picture that I saw, hehe...^__~ He's like Tamahome~! ü i agree! i always think he looks like tamahome! hes like tamahome number 2! but the only difference is hteir hair colour, well to me. still noone chose touya yet! |

I haven't read the manga or watched the anime yet, so I think I'll vote that when I do.
Though what I've heard about these two characters and their personality + relationship with Aya reminds me of Mamoru, Usagi, and Seiya (Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon).
Is Touya similar to Mamoru, the older one between the guys and being more mature and there's a sense of protection, while Yuuhi is more like Seiya?

Exactly. You've pretty much targeted at the right spot DS. Yuuhi is more like Seiya- the transparent type. More humorous, expresses his feeling towards Aya, and seems to show in great deal how much Aya means to him. Yuuhi isn't afraid to admit it, even though Aya 'rejects' (?) him so many times. You know, I kinda feel sorry for him >.< For more than the first half of the anime, Touya never really says he "loves" Aya.. I don't think, and yet she loves him anyway.
Sometimes I think Yuuhi deserves better than Aya.
Touya is special because of his more mature side, and approach to things. He looks around 21, while Yuuhi is only 16 (Same age as Aya) So you'd expect him to be more serious.
Yuuhi's jealousy is so obvious in many cases too, and now I look at it- I don't think Touya ever gets jealous of Yuuhi..lol
