Welcome to the Chibi MainRPG Drawing contest! This contest consists of drawings that are 'chibi' or 'super deformed' (SD). To find the definitions of 'chibi and SD', visit this link:

Contest Guidelines
You are to draw a Chibi/SD picture of one or more of the RPG characters- from the Main RPG (not any other) This Main RPG is the RPG running in Chibi Forum, On Stage Board-

Therefore, the characters (which has an actual picture) include: Ari, Kyri, Yui, Kaiya, Daisuke, Death Soldier, Faia, Belldandy, Higara, Ruseiya, Gato, Namir, Miranda etc..

* Drawings can be done on paper or computer
* Must be in colour (if the character doesn’t have a colour pic, you may like to read their description in bio) If it still doesnt provide sufficient details, use your discretion, and decide yourself ^_^ It is fanart
* No hentai or other inappropriate artworks allowed
* Must be your own work

How to Submit
Send your drawing to me via this email address: [e-mail] and label the subject as Chibi MainRPG Drawing contest!

OR
If your artwork is hosted, please send me the link through PM. You should also give me the details required.

* It must be a .jpg or .gif file. DO NOT send it to me in any other format.
* With your attachment, please include your Name, age, website url (optional) and name of artwork.

Deadline:
February 25th 2005 (Australian time 12.00pm)

Prizes
* There will be 3 winners
* Prize winners's artwork will be displayed in the "Hall of Fame" in Chibi Land.
* Winners will get a special award each
* First Place may request ANY Chibi/ SD anime character drawing from me of their choice. It may also be their own fan fictional (or RPG) character.
* They will get the title as: The Chibi Artist for one whole month in Chibi Forum ^_^
* They would also get their own coloured name in the forum for a month!
* You get the fame XD RPG players will love u..lol

I'm pretty lousey at drawing really cute SD or chibi, is just drawing characters at children okay?

Do you really need to ask that question? LoL! Just draw whatever you like and submit it, it it's inappropriate it'll be removed and you'll probably get an explaination of why it isn't appropriate in context of this contest.

XD Well as fun as that sounds my time is quite precious to me and if I'm going to spend X amount of time I'd rather it not be in vain, else it could be spent drawing stuff I know will be used. I'd much rather have the specifactions right before I start planning something. Honestly I'd much rather just draw the characters as they are but then it wouldn't be "chibi" which is the theme and all. If they have to be uber cute with 1/3 head sizes then it's just not in my style to do it well.

Great to see lots of entries..lol 3 so far- and two aren't even RPG members! *woohoo* Keep the spirit going ...yes ..as a moderator here- I'll also submit an entry. I doubt I'll win seeing what has already been contributed   but yeh- the most important thing is participation : D

About the amount of entries, I think I'll just keep it one entry per person, because it'd be unfair to suddenly make this new change If you have drawn another drawing, and want that in place of the first entry, u can send it in

You were meant to send it to my email, or via PM Just so that we can keep it a surprise, and put up all the entries together at the same time But its fine the way you put it.

I have decided the winners will be voted by Chibi Forum members You'll all have a chance to vote, and also comment on the entries ^_^ I'm sure there's plenty to compliment about, looking at the quality of the entries so far. The judging process will take place soon after the deadline is up (after 25th Feb 2005)

Haha! I'm so proud of myself! I finally drew a decent looking chibi. Now to colour it in and enter it in the contest, and post the rest up for fun.

I did three pictures, but I think I'll just submit the one with two characters in it. Initally, I planned to submit them all, just put all character together and treat it as one artwork, but the characters seem a little random with each other

I'm sure Blu, Belldandy, Magic Chicken and newbert has already started on their entry. If they hand it in on time, we should have roughly 9 entries.. but we have to keep reminding them ^^ We have roughly 5 days left, and other members are welcome to join in (encouraged ^_^)
