Ok everyone. Here are some places I know of in Sydney, Australia where you can purchase anime goodies. If you would like to share any places from any country- that sells anime merchandise, feel free to post the places up here!
---------------
Kinokuniya Bookstore
The Galleries Victoria, Level 2, 500 George Street (Right opposite of Town Hall Station)
This shop is really good if you're looing for books/manga/magazines etc. They carry manga, Japanese novels, magazines, and various reference books on Japanese language in English. The manga and anime artbook sections are in the right-hand section of the store. I was so surprised how big it was. Believe me, this is to cheapest manga book store I've been to so far. It's worth the visit.
The better thing is, this store isn't only located in Australia! To find where else its business locates, visit this website:

---------------
Cartoon Gallery
Shop G43 (next to Lincraft), 2nd floor, Imperial Arcade, 168 Pitt Street
Ok. This business is a bit hard to find it. If you're at the front of the Imperial Arcade (in Pitt Street), go straight ahead up both escalators through Lincraft, then walk straight ahead and you'll see a giant picture of Astroboy. You can't miss it. They have quite a number of DVDs, VHS, some art books, some bilingual manga, some cels, some English manga, and a limited range of Japanese and US CDs. They have quite a number of limited edition DVD sets including the Japanese DVD Box version of "Blood the Last Vampire". Everything they sell is legit, which means it's a bit more expensive, but at least it's good quality. If you are looking for something in particular, you may just want to use the website and not go to the shop.

I've never personally bought anything from here, because they are pretty expensive. (The store is kind of empty looking too)
--------------
Comic Kingdom
227 George Street
Has quite a extensive back catalogue of single back issues and graphic novels. It's a bit hard to find actually, and I just happen to pass it. The window display isn't very appealing, so you can easily miss it. OK. I bought about 4 'Ah! My Goddess!' English translated manga books there, and they were really great. BUT! I only later discovered 'Kinokuniya Bookstore', which was almost 50% cheaper, of the same product. So if you plan to shop here, think twice. For example, I bought a manga for 40 AUD, but in Kinokuniya Bookstore it was only $23. But they do sell a heap of English translated books.

Modellers World
Shop G9, City Mark Building, 683 - 689 George Street
and Astro Hobby (Modellers World)
Shop 21a, Lower Ground Retail, The Galleries Victoria, 500 George Street
Both run by the same people. They sell a lot of anime merchandise from Hong Kong, tons of Kubrick figures (those weird Lego-like mini figures), and lots of other bits (key rings etc), as well as model kits, and paints and models supplies. They also sell a mix of VHS and DVDs (US and Australian), and bootleg DVDs (and of course there's always tons more bootlegs than legit). They sell anime Cds, (I got 2 of them) -the stickers are boots too. The figures they sell look REALLY Good. But unfortunately very expensive. If you have plenty of money in hand, then you have no problem
