Here's one of my many poems:
Bang! Is the sound I here in the Morning.
Boom! Is the sound I here at Noon.
Klang! Is the sound I here in the afternoon.
Crash! Is the sound I here in the early evening.
Bash! Is the sound I here late at night.
These are all sounds of war.

Hey moonbunny, good use of Onomatopoeia, with a little twist at the end. It's sorta short though, as you could be a little more descriptive but I guess it has its good points this way

Yeah, well I had to write that last year for school and we had to use 6-8 lines. I have some more poems. *looks around messy room.* When I find them, I'll put them up.

Peace:
Peace is as calm as the ocean Peace is as white as a freash blanket of snow Peace is like a newly fallen star Peace is as soft as baby rabbits Peace moves like a river through the sand Peace is as calm as a meadow
